Clary-T Industrial are SS (stainless steel) filter housings meant for general industrial purposes. They can be utilized in a wide array of applications. These housings undergo a set of tests for quality assurance. We produce them with different types of connection sizes so as to match various flow rating and piping configurations.

Features and Benefits

  • Each housing we offer undergoes hydrostatic leak and burst pressure tests to ensure safe and consistent operation.
  • Lower pressure drop at higher flow rate, larger connections, air venting provision, robust knife-edge, zero bypass and leak proof sealing.
  • Clamp closure for easy opening and quick changeouts.
  • Sealed with top-seated Buna-N/Silicon/Viton ‘O’ ring by positive tangential contact that eliminates accidental misplacement.
  • Smooth surface to avoid retention of contaminants on the surface of the housings.

FAQs

What are filter bags for?
Filter bags are an integral part of bag filter systems, used to capture and remove solid particles from liquids or gases. They help reduce downstream contamination and improve process efficiency across industries like chemicals, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment.
Gopani filter bags are available in materials such as polyester, polypropylene and nylon, plus specially treated media for high temperature or chemical resistance depending on your application.
Common collar options include steel ring collars, plastic collars and specialized welded collars to suit different housings and sealing methods.
Filtration ranges typically span from 1 micron to 500 microns depending on media and construction.
Flow rates depend on bag size, media and system design; we can help select the correct bag based on your LPM/GPM requirements.
Some filter bags can be cleaned and reused depending on the solids and application; however, single-use bags are common for contamination control.
Replace when you observe a significant pressure drop, physical damage to the bag, or when the recommended service life has been reached for your application.
